I an a tenant at Salem Harbor and was receintly dealing with issues with my washer and dryer. Josh Kozich, the maintenance coordinator, handled my problem very professionally. He personally went to my apartment and inspected the appliances. Seeing that they were older models and that they couldn't be fixed properly, Josh ordered new appliances and has been in touch with me through the purchase, delivery and installation process start to finish. I moved here almost 2 years ago after going through a divorce. The apartment that I have is rather big and very well taken care of. I got an upgraded unit and it looks really nice. I get a lot of feedback from my friends about the staff at the front gate. They are so friendly. This property is very well taken care of and I couldn't be happier to call this place home.

Residence of 2 years. Very spacious apartments, with lots of closet space! Well kept swimming pool and grounds. The leasing manager Nancy is VERY on top of maintenance & has always been very accommodating with anything we have needed. Deffinently the best deal in Bucks County PA.

This place is an excellent starter home! This was my fiance and i first place while planning our wedding and looking for a house. It was very convenient being all utilities were included! My credit wasn't perfect and the leasing manger was very flexible with me. The maintenance crew was on top of cleaning the hallways and stairways as well.
